All artworks, prints, illustrations, and designs featured in this store are original creations of the artist and are protected under copyright law. All rights remain exclusively reserved with the artist.
Any reproduction, copying, modification, resale, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork in any form without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Purchase of a print or artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Mail us at dhritiart03@gmail.com
Once the damage is verified, the courier service will arrange a pickup for the damaged product. A replacement will be processed and dispatched within the following week after confirmation.
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our artworks and products, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons other than transit damage.
Yes, Dhriti accepts custom commissions throughout the year.

For most countries, orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks from the purchase date.
A tracking ID will usually be shared to your WhatsApp within one week after placing the order.
Yes, Dhriti Art has customised many artworks previously to beautifully suit different spaces and interiors.

Yes, original paintings are available through direct inquiry and are not listed on the website.
For availability, commissions, or customisation requests, please message Dhriti personally through email at dhritiart03@gmail.com or through Instagram. Original works are sold directly after discussion and availability confirmation.
Yes. Dhriti often creates and shares additional artworks on her personal Instagram and social media pages that may not yet be listed in the shop.
